With her experience as a business development leader and coach for a big four firm, she brings a depth of industry knowledge in implementing and tailoring strategic business solutions. Miranda thoroughly understands the complexities involved in leading a thriving company. She works closely with clients to help them cultivate their real estate growth potential.

Miranda grew up in a family passionate about aviation, based in Hong Kong during childhood, so it’s no wonder some of her favorite things involve travel, and adventurous flights with the seasoned Aerobatics team, the Fraser Blues. She currently resides in the Fraser Valley with her husband and two step-children.

CARMEN HOWE

SALES MANAGER & REALTOR®

Carmen was raised in Abbotsford and has called Langley her home for the last 15 years! Real estate runs in her blood. Her late father, Ron Voth, was a successful realtor in the Abbotsford area and owned his own brokerage. For the last 9 years, Carmen worked as a realtor selling multiple pre-sale development projects for a large developer and has recently joined the Hardy Project Marketing Group. Additionally, she has 13 years of experience managing a large travel agency.

Carmen takes great pride in her vast experience and knowledge of selling luxury condos and townhomes. Her ability to communicate clearly and with honesty ensures a positive and successful business experience.  Carmen exudes a friendly, genuine nature and is always looking out for the best interest of her clients.

Carmen is family focused and spends her spare time with her husband, Doug, and their 2 sons, and family dog. They love to go for walks, bike rides, watch their favorite NFL team or play a competitive family card game of Uno.

LINDSAY PROKOP

Sales & Development Manager & REALTOR®

Lindsay brings over 20 years of experience as a commercial banker, focusing on real estate and construction financing in the Fraser Valley and the Greater Vancouver area, including the North Shore and Squamish. She has helped developers with funding needs from single-family homes, to subdivision developments, multi-family and mixed-use projects, to industrial and commercial buildings. She understands the complex journey that developers face, from pre-sales to the building and construction process. As the wife of a General Contractor and Residential Builder, she’s had the honour of building for the end user. With a passion for real estate and looking for a new challenge, Lindsay brings her diverse skillset to the Hardy Project Marketing Group as a licensed Realtor, focusing on project sales and land development. She believes that when buying your family home, there is no wrong time to get in the market when you are making smart and informed choices.

Lindsay lives in the Fraser Valley with her husband, two kids and three dogs (yes, three). She enjoys Sunday Football, weekend skiing and family movie nights.

ATHENA LESKUN

Marketing Director

Athena is HPMG’s Marketing Director and has over 15 years of high-level marketing management, strategy planning and consulting experience. Athena is responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing & branding strategy that drives brand recognition, loyalty and engagement to new home developments. She orchestrates each area of our clients portfolio which include market research, brand development, advertising assets, communications, digital marketing, lead management and events. As Real Estate and marketing trends shift, Athena focuses on continuously creating strong campaigns and initiatives to boost new development lead generation.

Athena has been a resident of the Fraser Valley community for the past 26 years. She has long-standing professional relationships with key community members and local networks. Her passions include community involvement, and she has sat on the Board of Directors for Community Futures, the BC Winter Games, and Co-Chaired the Youth Engagement Committee in the District of Mission. In her spare time Athena enjoys working on personal development, spending time with her loved ones, and travelling.
