Current Opportunities
This role will support and encourage people while they make one of the biggest decisions of their lives, purchasing a home! You will assist the Sales Manager in all the Presentation Center activities, including greeting visitors, and ensuring a positive and informative visit. You will conduct administration tasks, enter visitor details and sales activities into the CRM system and make sure to capture key visitor information to support their home buying experience. You will make sure that the Presentation Center is always kept in a clean and presentable manner, adhering to safety protocols.

- Assist Sales Manager with document administration and reporting
- Responsible for opening/closing the Presentation Center
Qualifications:
- Must have a car and driver’s license
- Punctual
- You do not need a real estate license
- Marketing, sales or administrative experience
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Customer-Service based attitude
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently within a team environment
- Motivated with a desire to learn and willingness to take direction

The ideal candidate is a friendly, motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with buyers and realtors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Manage Presentation Centre Activities
- Manage/Train Sales Coordinator
- Achieve Sales goals and targets
- Execute Contracts with a strong knowledge of Disclosure Statements, Contracts of Purchase and Sale, Addendums, and the project marketing sales cycle
- Work on-site at Presentation Centre during open hours and for special Presentation Centre events
- Lead Follow Up
- CRM Management
- Collaborating with marketing team to help provide feedback on strategies
- Preparing daily and weekly sales reports
- Attending weekly team meetings
Qualifications:
- Licensed Realtor with strong understanding of REDMA
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years’ of sales experience
- Experience leading and managing direct reports.
- Hands-on experience with the project marketing sales and completion process
- Experience working with a CRM and Contract Writing Software/Program
- Valid BC Driving License
